Oh U-C πŸ₯ΊΒ

I'm so sorry to hear your sad news, there is never a "good" time for it, but this close to the holidays AND only being 70 really is double sh*t.Β

Life passes us by so quickly and we never know when it will be our turn, so I've made it my mission to find something good in everyday, even if its only a small thing, I write it down more times than not.Β

I hope you and your family manage to find something good in your days, too, though I know it isnt easy.Β

Sending happy thoughts your way!Β

Sorry to hear, nothing replaces a MOTHER. I still think of her everyday.....

Lost mine in 2009, youngest in a family of 12 children and the 1st to pass away at 62.Β

Down to 2 uncles of the original 12.Β

Condolences on your loss. Losing a loved one during the holidays is tough. I hope your memory of her will get you through the season. Remember, she’s been called home….

My BIL read this at my Mothers funeralΒ

Quote
line

Β

Β

Mothers Never Really Die-
They Just Keep House Up In The Sky

Β

Β

Death beckoned her with outstretched hand
And whispered softly of an 'AN UNKNOWN LAND'
But she was not afraid to go
For though the path she did not know
She took DEATH'S HAND without a fear,
For He who safely brought her here
Had told her He would lead the way
Into ETERNITY'S BRIGHT DAY...
And so she did not go alone
Into the 'VALLEY THAT'S UNKNOWN'
She gently took DEATH BY THE HAND
And journeyed to 'THE PROMISED LAND'...
And there, with step so light and gay,
She polishes the sun by day
And lights the stars that shine at night
And keeps the moonbeams silvery bright...
For MOTHERS really never die,
They just 'KEEP HOUSE UP IN THE SKY'...
And in the HEAVENLY HOME ABOVE
They wait to 'welcome' those they love.
