that is what I did with the 3 bottom Little Genius, welded a used/worn shin with a similar curve, right over the front of the worn out moldboard. can't tell the difference from a new shin, after the ground is turned over.

I’m about 15 miles from Ellis Grove, don’t know that guy. Buchheit is a farm store in southern Illinois and south east Missouri, so it’s a local name.

Jinxed myself. Thanksgiving day I did my annual slacking and removing links from the apron chain on the manure spreader and readjusting.... broke a link on a slat the next day🙄 

Guess the links on the slats wear significantly more than regular links which makes sense. Spreader is only 6 years old. At least it wasn't -20 out

Don't mind the ratchet strap the hook is ripped off the ratchet end so this will be a good use for it and keep the come-along I normally use from getting messy

Bout broke my shin getting on the H!! Stupid snow. Just needed to back it out o f the shed to put some stuff in there. Found blood when I took my boot off just now. First time I've worn that pair of boots in several years, forgot how slick they can be. Front and center in my mind now!

Got the 2 trike tractors out to back some wagons and stuff inside. Can't beat the quick turning of the tricycle front end.

Cleaned all the cotton debris off the 1586, blew out the radiator, air filter and evap core. Fixed a non working radio speaker and got a couple non working lights fixed

I finished repairing my snowplow and mounted it on the 1256.I am kind of superstitious if I am fairly ready maybe I won't need it much on this El nino year.

Drove the old 656 home from a job site 18 miles home from a job site. Didnt make sense to hand unload the trailer haul tractor home. Then go pull the brushhog home with the truck at 20 mph.

That guy used to advertise in a magazine I used to get. I don’t know anything about him other than he does or did have a lot of plow parts.

Put a round bale out again for brother's and wife horse's with the 756.  No pics tonight .

Finally got round to putting a new alternator on the H. Got it all hooked up, still not charging. Going to have to go to a 3 wire set up I guess. Had to do that on my Cub a few years ago, and can't remember exactly how I did it. Sure wish I'd write things down!

Servicing the 10. It was due for an oil change so I did that and fuel filters. Had been holding off until I got the Viscosity oil last week from the Farmall Shop.

What size disc chisel is that and how does the 54 handle it? Pretty good it looks like

9 shank Glencoe soil saver 3. Have pulled it with my 5288 and also a 1466.According to gps I am going about 4.5 mph and about 6 inches deep. Hard ground you definitely notice more wheel slip.

I have a couple sunflower 9 shanks.  One has 4” the other one 3 1/2”.  Pull one with the 5488.  Handles it very nice even in tough going.  The other one have pulled with the 1486, 1466, 8920.  8920 does fine.  The 14’s do it but not super easy in tougher going.

Will it pull it 8-10" deep? If not, how deep?
