No.  A friend has his 986 puller in the shop and we have Ruthless tore apart getting ready to go to Shipshewana in January.

Drove the M in, and after some 4 letter words got her winter coat on. Kind of awkward with just one set of hands. It hasn't really been cold enough for it, but they're saying we're going to get some cold weather soon.

Not today, but on Saturday I finally got the H finished and buttoned up. It's running great, and charging. Used it to pull the wagon around with some fence building supplies on it, and staged it where I'm gonna start tomorrow. Santa brought me a new seat cover for the 300, and a new gear shift knob for the Cub, so I put them on late yesterday when we got home. 

Took most of yesterday off for family Christmas things, and decided to take the dogs hunting today. Too darn windy, squirrels weren't moving, so after consulting with Sam, Bud, and Jack (the hounds) we decided to come home after an hour. Need to unload the post auger I borrowed from dad tomorrow, weather permitting, and hook it on the 340 so I can start on Mrs. Mac's chicken pen. Will try to take a picture or two tomorrow. Merry Christmas fellas!

10 years ago, dad and I found one of those suitcase weights at the scrap yard and got it for $5. That was really the first IH acquisition I got. Research has showed me those weights with the straight bottom came of a late 86 series.

They were on the 2WD 50 Series for sure.

Yes.   Michiana Event Center. 3 days of indoor pulling.  LOTS of tractors.

My wife just hinted yesterday that she wanted to go to the Amish flea markets/auctions there. I’d never heard of the place until last night and now I have a real reason to go! What a coincidence!

About 20 mile west of me, I sell my cattle there. Livestock & hay sale every Wed along with 4 or 5 rings of "stuff" being auctioned in big barn year round.  Acres of outside flea market also every Tue & Wed May to Sept.  When mom died brother & i took everything  from house nobody wanted to the "stuff" barn. Reserve your spot [lines painted on the floor] a few weeks ahead, then loadup truck & trailer drive through barn near your "spot" a few days before auction. Unlike a yard/garage sale there is nothing left over to deal with, it all is GONE. By the time we paid fees & commisions we each had $400+ and nothing left to dispose of. When are the dates for the pull this year ? Has never worked out to go, but would like to some year

Last time too.... this is the old Gordyville. They moved it to a better location now that location won't allow any motorsports after this.

I finally got a chance to try my new loader in snow. The snow was 6”-8” deep but fairly light. Never lost any traction.

Had the 400 out moving some odds and ends around. Oh also used the loader bucket as scaffold to work on the door track on the corn crib.

Moved Cub Cadet Super Diesel to the shop for some driveline work and diagnosed the rust on the zero turn mower deck shell/hanger.
