BrunsFarms Posted July 19 Posted July 19 You are a robber taking things from the average persons house. You are only allowed to steal things of minor inconvenience, what are you taking. I am taking the door hinges. 1 Quote
Sledgehammer Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Not even gonna steal, putting all the socks in the toilet tank and unscrewing the bathroom light bulbs 1/2 turn. 1 4 Quote
Board Shortener Tom Posted July 19 Posted July 19 The boss lady just said coffee filters. That would be brutal for me! Toilet paper would be another inconvenience one. 😵💫 3 Quote
MacAR Posted July 19 Posted July 19 I'd leave the remotes, but take the batteries. Swipe the charger blocks but leave the cords, also open all the mini-blinds then steal the wand that opens and closes them... I wouldn't steal the toilet paper, but I'd darn sure swipe the toothpaste! Oh, one last thing... I'm snagging all the forks on the way out the door! 2 1 Quote

Mark (EC,IN) Posted July 19 Posted July 19 I'd take all the fancy excercise equipment. If it's like many homes, it would be weeks before they noticed. 2 3 Quote

SASW6 Posted July 19 Posted July 19 A lot of this stuff sounds like stuff we did to newly married friends back in the day there is a name for it but I can't remember it. We got into their house when they were on their honeymoon. 5 Quote
Sledgehammer Posted July 19 Posted July 19 When my buddy got married we found our way in their house and froze all her underwear into a 1' cube of solid ice. The night before I got back from my honeymoon my friends had a party at my house. Burned every stick of firewood I had. I had a little ford focus with a ton of miles on it that I drove to work in and I never found it until a day after I got home. They picked it up with the loader tractor and move it behind the barns 😂 I know it's a little off topic but that's what this made me think of. 1 3 Quote

whweldit Posted July 20 Posted July 20 A teacher I worked with told what happened to her and her husband. Said their tv (cabinet style) quit one night. Husband said they would need to call the repairman (happened many years ago obviously). Couple or three weeks later she goes in a back room to use her sewing machine. It was gone. Asks the hubby if he knew anything about it. Said no and by the way did the repairman tell her when the tv would be done. She told him she did not call. Thought he had called. Nope. Then they realized they had been burglarized. Got to looking and several items were gone. 2 Quote

We got into their house when they were on their honeymoon. We called it a "belling " in this part of the country. Haven't been to one in a long time. Usually included the groom pushing the bride down mainstreet in a wheelbarrow. Along with some of the other shenanigans already mentioned. 1 Quote

When the Mrs. and I got back from our honeymoon, my "good buddies" had taken all of our underwear outside and hung them on the fence by the house... along with some other "items" they'd gotten for the purpose... they also left a sack full of baby toys scattered all around the house... I thought it was hilarious, herself... not so much! 🤣 3 Quote
