Was looking at some of the early gas tractors

Ran across this on a You Tube video from the 2024 Pageant of Steam, Canandaigua N.Y. show.

Was interested in what the engine layout was on the Aultman Taylor 30-60 and ran across this thread on Smokestak

Was locked up they got it going with out a tear down

I think one of the first things I might have discussed with Gary was this old family threshing photo I have from 1910. I think he and Roger helped identify the engine as an IHC "Famous" 20 hp running the Aultman Taylor threshing machine.

Cleaning up some files and found this pic l had saved many years ago. 1950's Warner Bros. Studios TV western stars. l remember watching them when l was a kid and still watch them today.

Will Hutchins ("Sugarfoot" Brewster-Sugarfoot), Peter Brown (Johnny McKay-Lawman), Jack Kelly (Bart Maverick-Maverick), Ty Hardin (Bronco Laine-Bronco), James Garner (Bret Maverick-Maverick), Wayde Preston (Christopher Colt-Colt .45), John Russell (Dan Troop-Lawman). Not sure why Clint Walker as
"Cheyenne" isn't shown in this pic.  On one channel that l get, l can watch "Colt .45", then "Lawman", then "Maverick" and then "Cheyenne" every morning.

How about a road roller?  This one was at RPRU in Ohio a few years back. It was based on a 10-20.  I never saw it jump anything but it sure was cool.

l'm not much of  Harley fan, l like the comfort of a Goldwing. But this pic does hurt just looking at it. Such a terrible waste.

They can likely sell them easily on a online Harley site and make a lot of money

There's one of those for sale not far from me. I've no use for it but it looks to be in good shape and priced reasonably.

Rather sad how many private museums are closing. Been some time since I have seen anything about Art her Bright's collection.  I have never been there, but heard lots about it over the years. Bright was collecting long before others ever thought about it. Probably reached it's height in the 1980's. 

Another California collection/museum closed in April. It was very heavy on early combines. As I understand the owners are looking for a public home for much of it. Maybe something like on UC Davis, the state land-grant university.

I watched an unrestored, rough, non-running FC170 sell for $9300 a little over a year ago at a consignment sale. It had a PTO winch behind the cab but was not a wrecker.

Yes

I was sad when Stew Paquette's Farmall Museum in FL closed glad I was able to see it a few times before it did 

Farmall Land USA in IA closed too
