Shell1066 Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Friend of mine from out west will be there. I'm coming up to see him and wondered who else from here will be there. Would enjoy meeting if you go. 2 Quote
766 Man Posted April 5 Posted April 5 I would love to be there in person but know that I can't. Quote
bitty Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Possibly will be going. My brother mentioned if I was planning on going. I have lots to do but would love to go . If I go I'd like to meet up with those there . I'm going to guess @Super A_sepa will be there unless he takes a day off Quote
Shell1066 Posted April 6 Author Posted April 6 Yes. Jesse Stoltzfus's spring sale. I'm only going to see my friend....not pretty red tractors.😁 1 Quote
Super A_sepa Posted April 6 Posted April 6 I'll be there. I was a little concerned that if the right weather developed that I'd have to miss it to go chop rye but that doesn't look like the case this year. It'd be fun to put faces to the names if there's other members from here there. 1 Quote
DirtBoyz07 Posted April 7 Posted April 7 I was just out to Jesse’s 2 months ago, walked in his shop and the guy looks up at me and say , your Danny Anderson 😳😳 Dang I can’t go anywhere 😂😂 Very nice guy , got to meet his brother and wife , a tour of the shop and parts building 👍😎 Wow , that guy has stuff !! I’m getting parts from them already . Danny 4 Quote

hobbyfarm Posted April 7 Posted April 7 One county north of Lancaster we had a good hard frost this morning. Ice in some places. We were potting some arbovitae plug plants yesterday and there was chunks of ice from winter in the middle of the pallet of potting mix. 2 Quote

Farming Enthusiast Posted April 7 Posted April 7 Jessie among others have had previews on YT for previous auctions. I'm not seeing any this time 1 Quote
Super A_sepa Posted April 8 Posted April 8 That's a good point about the YouTube videos. I would expect one to come this week yet. Most of the tractors are lined up. There's a lot of rye around that's nowhere near ready but a couple guys that got it in early or intentionally plant early maturing varieties are getting there. Would have been fun to meet you Danny, I'm not sure where I was the day you stopped in but was disappointed to hear I missed you. Maybe I'll see you next time. Maybe I can get a few pictures of the lineup thats started. 1 Quote
DirtBoyz07 Posted April 8 Posted April 8 I will be back , my works for a company out of Newark Delaware and that’s only 40 ish miles away so when my wife I’d working I can come out 👍😎 Danny 2 Quote
bitty Posted April 8 Posted April 8 I'd think Jesse would have a video up by Thursday night if not Friday for sure. I wouldn't be surprised if Farmall Fanatic would travel to the sale again 1 Quote
Farming Enthusiast Posted April 8 Posted April 8 From what I've seen so far this late winter/spring, vintage tractor values are down a bit. I wish Restoration Tractor was closer to MN. You don't know what you're gonna get at an auction and RT seam to be trustworthy Quote

He has many coming east so there are trucks heading west empty Quote
Super A_sepa Posted April 8 Posted April 8 Grabbed a few early pictures of the lineup. Still a lot of pieces to get in place yet. 4 Quote
