As I mistakenly asked above, what am I looking at here? Doesn't look good, whatever it is.

Kids over for Easter dinner and backyard games today

Most beautiful day of the year

Oldest grandson Cason asked if I had a roping dummy . Be 5 in August

You bet I'll go below and get it

Don't know whether to laugh or cry

Had to get the chainsaw out😔

Last time it was used was by me and his dad when he was still a kid at hime

I would pull it with my horse, he would rope it off his. Good memories

More pictures when you free it please. You went all in, mine was mostly wood and has not aged to well. But then again unpainted used wood built about 75 would make it 50 years old.

Looking a little beat up but has held up pretty will

Designed so Horse 1 pulls it, when Horse 2 ropes the horns, Horse 1's rope comes off and he can rebuild a loop and go back for the heels.

Not perfect but kept us out of trouble.............................some days😄

Lisa got a new horse and she was told that the pony could buck after sitting, and she has been sitting for 2 years, so Lisa started out in the corral.

So did she ever buck? Hopefully not. I know what it feels like to be buck off. Alot more times then I'd like to remember.

Nope, she threw a little fit when I rode away, but she could go off on her own, no problem.

She took her out yesterday while I was retrieving my latest acquisition. Lisa says she can buck, and pretty bits and headstalls will get you hurt. Lisa didn’t come off, and the yellow mare got over her fit, but things will be different next time. Someone will probably have spurs on and weighted reins to spank with.

Years ago they stopped in Valentine to just let them out and walk them around a bit, never hitched them up

I took the boys in to see them.

Very nice people and extremely majestic animals

This little horse has done about everything for me! I have roped and drug bulls with him, sorted cattle for days with him and almost always whatever we did he would give me his best.
9 years ago this winter, he got cut up REALLY BADLY, to the point where he really should have been put down, but we were able to save him, and he is able to live a healthy retirement, or so he thought.
A month ago I let a young lady have him to ride as long as she wants him. I won’t sell him, because when Aubrey is done with him, he will come back home to be buried. Her dad was extremely nervous about getting him because the horse has a lot of go, but it appears that he has fallen in love with Aubrey and they are making a great team. She sent me this video of her ride yesterday.
