I know a few people bidding on things there

Nice collection of stuff. Wish it was out here. Lots of good projects there.

Beware. I bought a 10-20 from one of their online auctions.  Stated engine stuck. That’s ok.  It was stuck alright from a broken connecting rod with a piece of tin glued and painted over the hole.  When I got there to load it the seller let the cat out of the bag about the hole in the block.

Was out there today to look this sale over. There is something for everyone. Depends on how much ambition you have. Lots of really good tractors. Also a lot of scrap. But there are some hard to find parts on these rough tractors. I can't believe that some of these aren't bringing more.  The 460 Utility LP is one of 24 produced supposedly. The SW-6 LP with the hood in primer is supposedly one of 9 factory produced LP of that model.  I checked to see if several tractors were stuck while walking around. I was surprised how many weren't.  The I-14 is very interesting with the options it has.

I was personally interested in the 650 LP for a parts tractor. It has set with an open exhaust for a long time. But the rest of the tractor is pretty decent. Just more than I want to pay for a parts tractor. Its got 4 sets of weights on the back that will prob be worth some money.

One of the 600 Diesel tractors is Serial #507. And right now its the cheaper one.

Lots of stuff for everyone.

I was only the first place looser when it came to bidding on the 450 LP. I guess that saves me a trip to Ohio and back. I liked the rear rubber, power adjust rear wheels and the LP equipment to restore it. I'll get one someday

What did the SW-6 LP with primer hood go for?  Auction won't show prices after close.

I don't know. I don't think it should be a secret what things sold for..... I saw the one that I bid on sell so I saw that price but it isn't viewable now unless it's something I can't figure out how

Prices will be on the website in a day or 2.  Not the auctioneers fault, I have seen that with other auctions that use that online platform.

Not sure about the late notice comment, the sale has been advertised since May

My son bought the 460 LP Utility.  It runs really good and so far things look good on it.  Previous owner went through the engine and from what I can see he did pretty good with it.  We have our 650 to get finished up before we work on this one much. We are on the hunt for a rear tire and will change fluids and filters on the rear end/hydraulics.  Gonna be a neat little tractor when its done. Tractor is a T/A delete with no power steering.  Serial #2662. Makes it a '58.

Came across this picture while looking up some 460 stuff. If this tractor is truly 1 of 24 utility LP's produced, 4 of them, including a brass tacks demo, were on this truck getting delivered somewhere.

If I remember correctly the 660 LP brought less than the 450 LP that I was the first place looser bidder on . The 660 was restored I think

I didn't look at it closely but it did look like it was repainted.

Looks like around 200 460 LP Utilities built according to the IH archives in Wisconsin
