  1. Must have been the Russians because we all know it couldn't be the Chinese. It suits Biden's agenda because it raises the price of gas.
  2. If you use a length of pipe that will fit all the way between the two arms, welded in place and cut it off it won't need to be line bored. It will be pretty much self-aligning.
  3. I have one of those cyclones on my blast cabinet.
  4. Mike Newman would be so proud of him!
  5. A loose sewn cloth muslin buffing wheel run on edge in two directions to correspond with the diamonds with your favorite compound on it. The cloth edges will spread out over the diamonds to buff in between. Like this. https://benchmarkabrasives.com/products/copy-of-6-x-1-2-x-1-cotton-spiral-sewn-buffing-wheel?variant=34514662860&currency=USD&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&gclid=Cj0KCQjwytOEBhD5ARIsANnRjVhHMRVVQuCc1k6c-O53baPRZEJLvmqQdKvT2pzXlrv3i1HRUb-RCVkaAsAVEALw_wcB
  6. That is good to know because I was scratching my head trying to figure out where to go to get my crowbar recertified!!!
  7. I can whole heartedly recommend a John Deere 709 rotary cutter. They are tough and are rated at a 4" cut, but used are pretty reasonably priced. If you can get it underneath it, it will chop it up. It leaves a pretty smooth cut on grass as well without windrowing. I run mine on my 1966 Case 930 and it handles it easily. 7 feet wide.
  8. What have you got to lose by welding it together and trying it? You might save $565. You could buy a generic spline sleeve and shaft of the same size. Is there a straight side to the splines left on the pump that you could clock the sleeve up against before you weld it? That might make it more concentric. https://www.surpluscenter.com/Power-Transmission/Shafting/Splined-Shafting/ https://www.surpluscenter.com/Power-Transmission/Shaft-Couplers/Keyed-Splined-Hex-1-Piece-Solid-Couplers/
  9. Tack weld the coupler to the pump and let the other end slide freely on the spline maybe? Or drill and cross pin it.
  10. What is in the other end of the tubular coupler? It almost looks like you could reproduce it with standard parts.
  11. I would call that nut centric in more ways than one!
  12. If one of you dies on the hill side at least you would go out doing what you love!!
  13. My Oliver is no where near that bad! LOL! I tried to use a friend's 4020 which had the shift label gone once to load some wheat! Talk about a monkey f'ing a football! I almost took out the side of the truck! That was the most convoluted shifting rig I have ever driven!😱
  14. I see they got the weld prep down really well!😝 And they learned how to grind some of the birdshit down! Too bad they didn't learn about the grinder pre-weld instead of just post!
  15. Carry something short that you can shoot over your shoulder, because the odds are if he wants you for dinner you'll never see him before he's on your back!
  16. Mdiesel is one I miss. He was good with the old gas start engines. KoO, although he occasionally pops up on the construction side. Dang, I just looked and I joined in 2005! Has it been that long???
  17. Which one can you shoot best?
