I have not come up with anything in my searches. Part number for these comes up at Hoobers but availability seems sketchy. Quote

ComancheStarFarms Posted May 21 Posted May 21 Bob, I’m a fan of Maple Hunter. But like Matt stated above a few comments ago most any sign shop can make a high quality vinyl sticker. Johnny’s Sign Shop in southern Indiana made these for me about 10 years ago. I gave away a couple dozen & mine/those still look new. I’ll look to see if I have any left & if so you can have a couple. But no promises, yet. Quote
