  1. Very sorry to hear mader. You have my sincerest condolences.
  2. You are getting more done than me Robert! Busy people stay busy no matter what life throws at them. Keep up the good work.
  3. Looks good to Mike! There was actually one of them just up from the bridge that is closed. But the guy that owns the ranch took it down last summer. Afraid it would come down and get some kids hurt. It was built 80 some years ago by NRD or some such to sample river water from the center of the river. Could have done the same with a ten foot pole but it was gov project 😳🙄
  4. OK, I can see the spring cows from the house, across the river and a closed bridge means a 20 mile drive one way across the next bridge up river to get to them. I have a neighbor on the other side of the river a half mile from my cows. He has cows on my side of the river about a mile and a half away. Proposal: I check his cows and he check my cows till the damn bridge gets fixed. I may not be the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree but during a dark night you can sometimes catch a bit of a glow if you look hard enough😄🤠
  5. I wish I had some better words for you Ace. You are taking care of your sister in the way God intended us to care for each other. Sometimes we have to set our lives aside to be there for those who need us. What a comfort it would be if everyone had family like you.

  7. Boy, that is a real tough question, to me any way. On the one hand that brave young soldier who gave all, has a family that doesn't know what happened to him. And, could be argued, deserves closure. On the other, he represents so much beyond his earthly identity. The magnitude of standing at that monument and thinking of all those still MIA or KIA and not returned, is beyond words to me.
  8. I have always been a fan of the heathousers/windbreaks.
  9. 1 1/4" is the biggest I have in the shop. After that I go to hole saws😄
  10. I have not had any trouble, Yet, anyway.
  11. Sadly with tv and video games leaving nothing to the imagination. They have to keep turning up the smoke screw to get people to watch their stuff. My boys all like Yellow Stone, I have not seen it yet mainly because I haven't found the time. I am in the house tonight but have NFR Round 1 on.
