leeave96 Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Anyone running a 3pt quick hitch on their 86 series tractors? Any particular one to buy? Pics of your set-up? 886 here - pic is the quick hitch on my MF 1105. Thanks! Quote
The_farmer29 Posted June 3 Posted June 3 I run a John Deere hitch on my 1066. I'm afraid if I post a picture on this website I will get skinned alive😂 All jokes aside, I love the JD on there. Works better than any other hitch I have tried. 1 Quote
Legolord Posted June 3 Posted June 3 idk, JD seems to make decent equipment, at least now. I just HATE those stupid 2 banger engines Quote
Jeff-C-IL Posted June 3 Posted June 3 Just about any CAT 2 quick hitch will work fine on the 886. I don't like the old IH style ones - they are bulky. I have several I have used - a CIH later model, a Jeffers, and a 'no-name". All worked just fine. They are all pretty much like this - although I don't like the big triangle gussets. The less you have in the way, the easier it is to get to the couplers and PTO Quote

I had a Deere QH on my 1086 ............. I did paint it red, though. It worked fine. 1 Quote

acem Posted June 4 Posted June 4 I have several category 2 and category 3 quick hitches. I don't think I have two the same... Quote
HydroTek Posted June 4 Posted June 4 The top hook seems to not have a "standard" amongst equipment I dont use my quick hitch much , except on certain equipment because the top hook does not line up Quote
