stronger800 Posted September 2 Posted September 2 I have nine, 10, and 11sright now on 06/66’s and unfortunately I think it depends more on the tire manufacturer then on the size . I posted recently that I bought a set of 9’s that measure two within an eighth of an inch of a new set of tens, and they are over an inch wider than my older set of Nina’s. I have a 10 year old set of firestone 11s that are huge, Neighbor has a much newer set of offbrand ones that I want to say are probably 2 inches shorter. My 11s are on tractors with 20.8s 1 Quote

Unfortunately there is too much variation within manufacturers too. Quote

stronger800 Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Exactly. A month or two ago i installed two new tires (same tires, same rims) and one was running 1/4-3/8” closer to the stop than the other. I broke that tire down and remounted it the other side out. “Should” not have changed anything, but when I did….it actually got Closer. Then I got mad and took them both back off. 1 Quote

Matt Kirsch Posted September 4 Posted September 4 IMHO it's a crap shoot. There's enough manufacturing variations in the spindles and just a fraction of a degree can mean the difference between rubbing and racing... 10" rims with the proper offset is about the only guaranteed way. 1 Quote
