I’m pretty much ticked off about not being able to post pictures.
I can share my pictures through Facebook and hopefully you guys can see them. The “feature” brand was Allis and there was a H-41 b there pushing dirt. Didn’t get any pics of it though.

There was a guy in town that wanted to open a gravel pit that had 2 hd41’s never saw them run they were bought from a local quarry that bought them new. He put one of them together on site and the other he never put the blade on it he said the second one was only there for parts or if one got stuck. I remember going to check them out when he moved them in and put them together. In the early 90’s. He never did get the permits for the gravel pit he tried every angle to get a permit but the town wouldn’t issue one. It probably had something to do with the hd41’s showing up and pushing stuff around something about wetland and frogs did him in. It was sad they sat there till scrap was way high in the early 2000’s and they both got cut up. One of the local contractors wanted to buy one for years but he would t sell. The contractor started with a hd6 and 11 and had a 21. And wanted one of those dozers just because it was an Allis. I think they had 16’ blades on them.
