My eyes were bigger than the tires on that thing when I saw the price! Ouch! "One recently went for 40 k at an auction" what action was this? Must be a collectors edition or something.😁

@Tractordanp has a 00C he would probably part with for half that, and it’s an extremely rare model.

Looking at the pictures in the link, it looks like a Super C to me. The brake pedals and clutch pedal are curved. It has a fast hitch with both tilt links. 
So it’s not a ‘49 model. Or maybe that’s what makes this one so rare. It was the only Super C ever to be made in ‘49. Sarcasm of course. 
I’d like to see the one that went for 40k.

The cultivator isn’t even complete. No rear shovels.
No way I’d want to pay full price for a tractor with an incomplete cultivator.

Curious on seller reviews or if a spam account.  There was a Farmall pedal tractor locally - a little high price but I thought maybe could do better - then I read the reviews that the person didn’t exist.

Looks to be legit, after checking out the profile, looks like a daughter selling dads stuff, a few Harley’s, boats and some tools for sale

I even searched Aumman and the highest C/SC I found was 8K 

maybe a weird high crop went on Barrett Jackson? I really don’t know 😂
