My name is Todd. I am married and we have one son. I enjoy just about anything mechanical, seeing older machinery working, and blacksmithing. Most of my spare time is spent with my family and friends or in my shop tinkering on something. I got interested in IH from family farming history and a 1980 Scout II that I picked up for an offroad rig a few years ago.
1980 International Scout II, SD33-T, T19, Dana 300, Dana 44 F/R with 3.55 gears and lockers, 2.5" exhaust from the turbo back, custom intake with Donaldson filter, aluminum radiator, coolant filter, electric fans mounted on custom shroud, custom bumpers front and rear, Warn 8000lb winch, 4" Rough Country lift, 285/75/16 (33's) on METHOD wheels, Cobra CB, Kenwood radio, Isspro pyro, warn hubs, poly fuel tank w/ factory skid plate. It gets around 23mpg on the highway and will run 60mph easily. Future plans include a new floor front to back and a power steering cooler. This was the last year of mfg for the Scout and the only year of the turbo on the SD33. There were around 5500 of this model made. I purchased it from a cattle farmer about 2 hrs from home in Feb of 2012 in stock form. I am trying to maintain an original look with functional additions. The Scout made it into "Readers Rides" of Diesel Power magazine in the July 2014 issue.
Farmall 350 that my Great Grandfather purchased new in 57'. This was his big tractor. I acquired it in July from my Father. It has never been out of the family. It needs work but is still a family treasure to me. It has PS and T/A with no fenders or 2 pt.
