HydroTek Posted February 27 Posted February 27 Dunno about that stuff -- I prefer a firm grip on the crank handle Yes pull up only -- see vids that make me cringe of guys pushing down and half assing the compression, not making it over on the first try Seen the crank slip out of a hand too many times by a wussy grip -- or by not turning past the compression in one smooth action Just a good way to get kicked and have the crank handle flip around on your wrist Quote
