Is there a way to force oil into the engine to lubricant the crank?

I lost oil pressure, parked the tractor and now when I crank it squeaks like it it metal on metal.

Remove the oil filter and you should see the oil passage leading down towards the oil pump.  You can squirt engine oil to fill that passage and crank engine.  You should start to see oil being pumped into the oil filter housing.  It may take 2 or 3 times doing this to prime the pump.

Try pressurizing the whole engine through the port where  the gauge hooks up.

This would  require  some sort of pressure  vessel,  like  an old  propane tank,  and a handful of fittings. Not horrible expensive.

Priming the pump  through the oil filter is a good idea,  but since its  already squeaking,  Id be afraid to turn the crank  one more  revolution unless it was filled with oil.

Another  possibility (cheaper) is just  over-fill it until the mains are submerged.  That way you can safely crank it  while  trying to get  the pump to prime. Once you have oil squirting, drain it down  to the correct  level and start it and see what  is left of the motor.

If you choose that option,  fill it with drain oil from  something else.  If the bearings  are shot, then you won't be out the expense of  new oil.

Just pull the engine and find the problem -- before more damage is done
