I’m sure when new they were ok but after years the few that I’ve had were noisier than any other model. I did make a tool to put in the drill press with a slot in it to compress the spring. Legolord Posted April 8 Posted April 8 I've seen a guy use woodworking clamps to compress the spring before. A little crude, but I guess it'd work in a pinch Quote
