toyboy Posted August 29 Posted August 29 Is there a noticeable visual difference between the HD spring 120023c1 and the lighter spring that came out with the 86's, 139130c1. I just put the kit on my 966. Found it online for couple hundred less than the dealer but it shower up in a baggy and not in factory packaging. It takes significantly less effort to release the brake compared to my 856 or 806 with the park update. I am wondering if I was sent a light spring. I am going to pull the range cover back off and see what park pawl I have too. I like how this feels compared to the 856/806. My dad and wife will appreciate it even more. Quote
HydroTek Posted August 29 Posted August 29 Yeah , you can see the difference in the springs The light spring is fine as long as you are not parking on steep hills changed a lot of them out for customers on more level ground , because of the ease of shifting Quote
