DaveinSD Posted August 19 Posted August 19 Rare as hens teeth. How bad are yours? I didn’t look at the link above, and it could be possible that someone is making some now, but last I knew there was no new supply. Everything for this big 6 pattern is difficult to come by. I generally never turn these hard to come by drums, don’t want to remove any metal. Unless yours are totally destroyed, I would just put on new shoes and run what you have. If they are grooved, the shoes will wear into them. The “rules” for newer stuff don’t really apply to old trucks with unobtanium parts that generally see relatively few miles. Good luck and let us know if someone has actually started making these, the same drums are used from 57 through 68. Quote
lotsaIHCs Posted August 19 Posted August 19 Location? I have an IH 3/4 ton 4X4, I think about a 65. Not sure, missing the grill and never really looked into it. I won't part it out but I'd consider selling the whole pickup. Quote
lotsaIHCs Posted August 21 Posted August 21 TravelallParts.com shows drums. The website says they are the last ones they'll ever have. Price was something over $1100. Each. 1 1 Quote
lotsaIHCs Posted August 21 Posted August 21 Looks like the op wasn't too interested in any help...his one and only visit was to post his question. So it goes... Quote
