Why Does the Australian IH 475 Parts Catalog Say “BT-33. Australia Limited”?

I'm trying to find a parts catalog for the IH 475 but the ones I find are mostly in the UK and "can't" ship to the EU due to new environmental regulations or something else.
I did see one from Australia though. It has a different cover on the book and it says "INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER 475 TRACTOR, BT-33, Australia limited".

Does anyone know why they made that note on the cover? Is it a different part numbers or was the IH475 even built differently for Australia?
