Looking for help Case field tracker on 1666 combine causing hydraulic surges

Every time I turn my case field tracker on my 1666 combine it causes  a tremendous amount of surging on my hydraulics it causes  most of the hoses under the valve stack and return hoses  to dance around and smack everything, as well as  my steering wheel makes loud clicking noises  , as soon as I flip the field tracker back to manual it seems ok ,  everything seems to work on the field tracker but  it’s just too hard on the hydraulic to keep it on , any one run into this ?And have any suggestions on where to look for issues ? It’s a case 1666 with a 1020 25 foot head , with a third lift cylinder added ,
