    1. I like FARMALL Tractors

      I like FARMALL Tractors

Approx. 5 miles west of Glyndon. And that is correct. The H is no longer under my possession. Though, I have bought a 1954 Farmall Super C from the guy who has the H. The Super C has been on our farm since 2017, and I've been able to use it. I love the Super C to death. It is such a good machine and has done everything I've asked of it. Including towing a couple cars and a bunch of boats out of the places they've sat fof 20+ years.

That is great to hear hope to keep on enjoying mine also and have one in the garage for the winter.  Got is running good and will chase oil leaks if it runs good for the summer ahead.   fit a small alternator to it and hood fits good now.

  2. According to a shifter pin dimensions online it isn't from that but could have been for a different model I suppose. This one is 1 3/8" long by 3/8"
  3. I believe it's from that area. A friend gets them in south Dakota so it's kinda fun once in a while. Hope someone will recognize the pin:)
  4. Mouse house H update while flushing the transmission. Phone this chewed up pin in the bottom.I fished it out when I was scraping out crud while flushing with diesel fuel. What do you think that part is for?
  5. Well, thanks for the reply.I don't think I'll get down that way.But is it something that you could load in the back of a truck? If I got a truck to stop in? Thank you
  6. Howdy, Well the other H i have recently acquired was missing the front-end shaft and all. I thought i would see if anyone in my area had a front end that they didn't need any longer. I thought i would consider getting it running before i take too many parts from it. It feels wrong to part out without trying to get it running but not out of the question. GPG
  7. Hello, thank you all for the tips i will work on these to see if i can make this adjustment allow it to move to idle. GPG
  8. Good morning, Working on an H i picked up this summer and have managed to get it running although it doesnt want to return to low idle or the idle stop in the carb. With the cover off of the governor if you push the arm that the end of the spring is hooked to (rear or towards back of tractor) is will allow it to idle down but dosnt seem to do this on its own. Do you happen to know what i should be adjusting to allow this? it was doing this before i started working over the carb which didnt fix my idle down condition. thanks in advance
  9. Thanks for the information on this DWV. Could be a fit with longer bolts or will there be an issue with the locks getting into the squared off portion do you think? thank you
  10. Howdy, Looking to get a new rear rim or two for my H and found some that say they have a 4" center rib do you know if this will fit my centers or does this need to be 3" only to fit? thanks
  11. It would not let me post a video but got it to make some fire and smoke last weekend tried to snip the moment...
  12. Hello, yeah its hard to get a couple places in Sioux Falls area have it from time to time. A frien d of mine keeps watch for it when he is in the area on sales.
  13. Here is the moment i got to my destination after loading the barnyard H i call the mouse house. The front grill was over half filled maybe more like 3/4 full of mouse house. I took the grill off and evicted them with the leaf blower before leaving the barnyard. GPG
