sorry all, we made it,  just had our early Christmas and dinner with my family in Minnesota, it was a safe trip and i just got back from taking my grandmother home.  My sister and her family came down from Minot so mom had all her young grand kids running around the house and that warmed her heart. it was very nice and i am too full.

The train ride was much better than driving in rush hour traffic. It took a bout the same time as driving one way, and was cheap. everything was clean and there were only a few examples of poor life choices.

5 am tomorrow we are headed back to the airport (on the mass transit trains) to head south to florida and meet with the wife's family.

kind of, I have a hydraulic cylinder in a duffel for checked baggage, a Hydraulic power unit from Northern Tool for a dump project, a steering wheel for a 460, and  a few slow moving vehicle signs, maybe a trip to the farm & fleet

If i could get away with it I sure would, i bought a set of IH wheel weights last summer and need to figure out how to get them home,

Merry Christmas all, and have a safe weekend

Merry Christmas

There were shepherds living in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a savior has been born to you, he is Christ our lord

Been looking for a red headed southern bell, but alas no sightings yet.  A few orchards, and a lot of pasture with a few hay fields.  I really have been surprised at the lack of vegetable fields, like ZERO. I did see the Don Gartlis (SP?) museum sign but we were traveling. We went to the Mote Aquarium in Sarasota, which was great and I would like to recommend to anyone (with or without kids).

My sister and her family just left today to go back. Been here for 2 weeks. She was saying someone told them they had 2 feet in the driveway waiting for them. BIL said the snowblower is blown up so its all shovel. 18 hour trip with 2 kids under the age of 5, get home at 6 am. They are not lookin forward to it.

Yeah, I plowed the important stuff today in the daylight,  my neighbor had stopped by and kept the drive lane open.

This is weekend I will be shoveling off the deck and cleaning the parking out, then I need to decide if I will open up the lower lot entrance or just leave it until spring
