redturbo
The 650 brochure says property of Engineering dept of Oliver. Thought that is pretty cool.
redturbo
The first & second model of any IH branded tractor to have the word “Wheatland” put on it!
redturbo
The first picture shows a “tub” Super W6. Looks original picture, as the second picture, the “frame rail” Super W6 appears to be altered. The buildings in the back ground, driver, plow look the same. The engine & front wheels are different. My favourite tractor, grew up around my late Grandfather’s SW6. Still have it today, it plows snow once & awhile.

lightninboy
I don't normally think of Canadian-built Cockshutts and U.S.-built Cockshutts being sold new at the same time. http://www.tractordata.com/farm-tractors/tractor-brands/cockshutt/cockshutt-tractors.html

I thought the true Cockshutts ended production in around 1960.

By then White was running the show and they sold Olivers painted yellow and badged Cockshutt up til the mid sixties when they went to red paint. Ad from 1963 here.

Loadstar
You won't see ads for it nowadays but binder twine used to be one of the main inputs required to harvest a crop here. One of the biggest name brands was Brantford made right here in Canada. Pretty sure I remember Brantford baler twine too.
U-C
found this pics on a Restorers site: its a LANG tractor the only one that has survived from the 25 tractors made by Willy Lang (there were also some doodle bugs but they aren't counted in the count)
