Again thank you for sending the information and a picture! So far the nearest I have to this tractor are 44802, was for sale  at Polk auction in Indiana, and 44984 was for sale in Pennsylvania.

Thank you, I will get that added!!! Does it have a 3 point? I’m just curious with the wide coverage fenders, if it is a wheat land?!

No it's not it does have 3 point and surprisingly the 3 point is solid with stabilizer control links still attached. I thought it was odd when I first saw it since I don't see wheatland models here in my area. It has tilt steering wheel  dual remotes and I can't remember for sure if it had dual pto "old age setting in" ?‍♂️

There are two 1066's at a used tractor lot in Anson, Texas. First is a '72. Serial # 20800  Second one is a '76 serial # 57397

That 72 is 76 tractors after mine. Looks like it came with long axles.

Hmm, interesting! Well thank you for the information, could you please send me owners name and location? At least the location, I can put you on the list as a contact if they may not want to be listed.

Thank you for posting these! But there is something odd about 20800, I saw 1 other  tractor listed as that serial number? Honestly at one time a few months back they were both listed on tractor house in different states, so I’m not sure if that is a number off the cab tag or what’s going on.  I’ll have to try investigate this again.

Here is a link to their website:   https://www.wattstractor.com/tractors.a5w    l do have  pic of a1066 from the same place that looks like the same tractor except missing the cab doors. Maybe l sent it to you previously and just re-sent it?

Shouldn’t the 72 have louvered side panels and red cab not around till 74, although that could have been added in the last 45 years.

That’s another reason I’m not sure they have the right serial number listed on their listing.

A lot of parts could be swapped since it rolled down the assembly line

I did have this one listed.  Thank you again for posting, better to see it more than once, than not at all!

This was my Grandfathers bought brand new in 1974. I have since inherited it and in the process of rebuilding and getting her painted.  New to the forum.  Tractor was originally bought in Columbus, Indiana and spent 40 years near Edinburgh, Indiana.  I have it now in Godley, Texas.  4700 hours.

This 1066 belongs to a farmer in Five Points, TN.  He has a number of IH tractors and I turned him on to the forum so he may post some of his others. Pictures not great, space was limited around the tractor.

The nearest serial numbers I have to your tractor are, 39517 was on auction in IL, and 39630 is on online auction in WI.  Thank you for your serial number, and could I get your name to add to your entry? You can personal message that to me if you prefer?!

Thank you for getting this serial number to me! It falls in between, 18107 located in WI, and 18192, was on a dealers lot in OH.  Could I get the owners name for his entry? If you prefer to personal message that, that is fine!
