Seems like l heard somewhere that P & O also made rear wheels for the Regular and F series tractors? Or was that someone else?

Anson, maybe you could hook of these to your compressor to make music. Of course it would have to be a really short parade unless you have a really long extension cord....

bagpipe, Musical Instruments, Jewelry, bagpiper

I always heard that "like minds hang together"?????

UhUhhhhhh-------------

--------I am wondering if instead of "a one room school in Montana" if;  it might should have been called "a one room asylum" in Montana!!!!!

Another famous quote, from a movie this time: "Sam, they say the elk in Montana are as big as buffalo this year. When this is over, we ought to go hunt 'em."

John Wayne in I believe Big Jake? I had to cheat. 😄 Any how its the movie where his grandson is kidnapped and John and his 2 sons, one being Patrick his real son, and Sam the old Indian tracker were to deliver a chest full of ransom money south of the border to get the grandson back.

Another quote " I said move out where I can see you tubby, now move!" Another quote "Dog"

One of my my favorite movies from a more innocent time in my life.

What was the blonde haired sons motorcycle in the movie? And were the cars the sherrif took off in model T's or some other car? I can't recall.

This one is puzzling building says Ford photo says Chevy

May be an image of motorcycle and outdoors

Jeeper61, It sometimes gets amusing when people try to title an old photo like this. Those are all 1913 Model T Fords. A beautiful sight, but it kinds of refutes what was printed there in guesswork.  Gary😉

You bingo'd! Big Jake is an excellent movie, one of my favorites. The cars were REOs I think, and the cycle might have been an Indian. Don't know for sure.

I think Santa may use this Model T Uber this Christmas? Those reindeer were old when I was a kid.

And friends of this thread, don't forget the real meaning of Christmas. God's provision for our Eternal Salvation came in an immaculate conception, a virgin birth of His Son; a baby, who led a perfect sinless life. An acceptance of Him on our part is the necessary part. Merry Christmas!  Gary🦽

Gary, I remember seeing part of that farm set in toys belonging to my father and uncle. Just the barn, a silo, and single bay garage. I wonder if there were different versions?  The buildings were tin and the silo was a heavy press board. Dad turns 70 today. Still working at his own Vet practice 6 days a week and feeding his cattle twice a day.

Todd, There definitely were different sizes. It seems I eventually got a "cheapie" set. I do remember the tin barn and a silo.

Happy Birthday today to your dad! May he have many more years of health and stamina for his work. He certainly is to be admired!  Gary😁

Yeah, my hero. Quick to listen and slow to act. Every action is planned and thought out. Never put his foot in his mouth.  Has taught Sunday school in some fashion for probably 40 years.   Shoes I will never be good enough in my mind to fill. Never heard him utter a curse word and doesn’t know what beer tastes like.  I know I’m partial, but you could look a long long time and not find another like him. I’m sure most of us feel that way about our Father though 😊

twostepn2001, Is that Colean steam engine a 30 hp? It sure appears to be! Santa Claus doesn't wear poky dots OR stripes. Correct. He gets a "pass." But other than the month of December, it requires Poky Dot caps.

l got some wonderful Christmas gifts this year!! First, l had all four of my great-granddaughters here at the same time!! The youngest is 7 months old and the oldest is 6 years old.

image.thumb.jpeg.756eb099a42bd838a3e574190452b6eb.jpeg

And with a little help from Grandma, they all gave me two IH T-shirts! Another nurse that my wife works with makes T-shirts as a side business so my wife had her make me a couple so the girls could them to "Pawpaw".

twostepn2001, Those shirts are spectacular! You're making a few of us OLD guys envious, I hope you know?!!

Those are beautiful little girls, your great grandkids. You are a very blessed man to have them at this time of your life. Do they live quite a ways away?

We have two great grandkids and they're about 300 miles and three good size mountain passes in between us. My wife can't travel well anymore. We haven't seen ours for a year and a half. Our daughter, their "Mimi" (Grandmother) sends us photos. This one was a while back, since they know what snow is at Spokane, WA.

Gary😁

Anson, I'm so sorry to hear that your daughter has had two injections and now has Covid the second time. That's the pits. Has she been hit hard by Covid? Both times? Some get it quite easy, when young. And some get hit hard.

Did you have to remind me how old we're getting though?? Happy New Year though! To all of you, I hope 2022 is better than the last two years. Gary😚
