i have my ways, ( there was an old quarry op on our land and they left most of it) lots of oil wells and pipes and everyone around me has scrap and there all old and pay me to get id of it, so i basicly get paid to be paid

I've got a Ford C4 with transfer case out of an early Bronco I've had in a shed for about 40 years. Kept it in case I ever wanted to put a Ford small block in some project. Shed is about ready to fall down, so I need to do something with all the stuff in there.

Too much, way too much. I'm sure if I dig around I would find stuff I 1. Forgot I had or 2. Forgot where it even came from.. found some stuff like that going thru the garage last winter...

Stuff I remember without looking. 

Fe C6 from a dent side truck with transfer case adaptor, misc 302 and fe heads and manifolds, 3 or 4 toplaoders in various conditions. Several 9 inch center sections, most with tore up spider gear shafts but somewhat desirable ratios. Various body parts for 67/68 mustangs. Several 9 inch housings and shafts. Various driveshafts, 5 or more 2 bl carbs a few holley carbs

There are over 40 corn, potato and tobacco jobbers in 1 of our buildings.  Same building has 100s of old tools, some IH, many Ford and a ton of small Oilers.  That was all my Grandpas stuff that was left when I bought the farmstead.  I've now added 100s of pieces of ag memorabilia and literature that sit in there, but much of it is for resale.

What I have way too much of lying around is me. As soon as the heat lets up we’ll get back in to it!  That a good price on scrap, I think about $85 a ton round here.

Not sure what scrap steel is going for now but I could stand to get rid of some once show-season slows down. Probably keep sitting on copper and brass, they don't take up much space.
