Can be a few reasons for that - but most tractors only have their numberplates on the back, so you wouldn't see them in these pictures.. Agricultural vehicles by law dont require a plate on the front and back like our cars do. 2 Quote
SONNY Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Didnt have the camera but i visited my neighbors IH SHEDS yesterday! He has several that were bought new here and never left the area. Also has a 4100 and several big ones ----H-50 gas engine Payloader. Got several smaller IH here ---- 2444 i guess is my fav since i mow roads and waterways with it all summer. 504 is on tiller duty. 340 is on the big water tanker ---127 kinda dead in the water right now--- was pullin the mower with it ---carb messed up ---another problem to fix!! 147 still in the shed --- did use it on the snow blade a few years ago. last but not least is the 1800 and the batwing mower --- they were a lifesaver mowing the crp farm in Feb. Mower after 137 acres of big bluestem went under it! 5 Quote

Alan Dinan Posted April 22 Posted April 22 Saw this one sitting at a farm yard last week. Is it a custom job or did CaseIH make some like that? I tried to post a zoomed in picture of it but won’t load. It’s a Steiger with white on top of the hood, cab and fuel tank. 1 Quote
lotsaIHCs Posted April 23 Posted April 23 Looks like my renter is getting ready to knock down the sunflower and corn stalks in our fields. This was parked in my pasture this morning. He's had this old girl for a long time. It used to be his big tractor at one time but he's got other red tracked machines and others with tires now. I think she does mostly field prep nowadays. 4 Quote
