Jacka Posted March 15 Posted March 15 I live in Pennsylvani,99.9% of the letter series and 00 don't have fenders. 90 % of the 60 series no fenders. From there on up its the complete opposite.I spent many,many hours on the letter,00,60 series and never even thought it was unsafe.Shell fenders I always thought were just looks or something.They actually to me didn't look right with fenders.As kids there were always three on the old M and MTA.One driving, two standing either on the axle holding on to the light bar and seat or as we got older standing on the drawbar. We were standing whether dad was plowing or going down the road in 5th .I am not saying it was safe,it is just how it was. Quote

Buddy of mine owns a sign shop, patterned the label after a 1066 starting fluid canister. DISCLAIMER: There will NEVER be anything in this bottle. KillDevilBill Posted June 22 Author Posted June 22 I am having an absolute blast "working" on Freddy. Reading a lot on Red Power forums, and more importantly getting a Farmall education. Not sure where I'm going to mount the nitrous solenoids yet, but this seems to be the best place so far. Can't wait to run the stainless hard lines up to the intake. Nitrous bottle is a whole different nightmare. On the battery box is the best place (aesthetically) but I do not want to drill holes in the box. I'm open for ideas! 1 Quote

Under valve cover another section (with a small hole in it) goes over rockers and connects front to back. You are correct purpose is to draw condensates from governor and valve cover areas. 1 Quote

Kinda what I was thinking. I didn't realize it went all the way to the governor. Free Farmall education here on Red Power! Original steel line was pretty crusty and beat up. Twisted the fitting right out of the air cleaner when I tried to remove it. Welded a -6AN fitting in, a couple nutserts instead of trying to reach in behind all of that to put nuts on bolts, and I'm in business. Thank you! 1 Quote
