BD240 ?

Trying to identify a tilted valve 6 cylinder pulled from a grumman style package van.

Casting # 236191-R1

Plan on replacing the blown up engine in my 1970 Trojan 124....

Cleaned the pad below the thermostat housing nothing is stamped there...

Tilted valve...big oil filter housing...IH logo infrastructure of the fuel pump...casting number according to this sight I believe goes to a BD240....

Looking for a proper gasket set, rings, bearings and maybe a timing chain set.

Thanks

Engine in the loader currently has casting # 316277-R1 ......replacement is 236191-R1 .....as long as they interchange I really don't care if one is higher hp then the other....both are tilted valve....

Last picture explains the screen name
