Recommendation for gas tank sealer

Radiator shop used to solder tanks. I've done a few. Obviously don't use a torch.

A lot less effort and time: Just replace it.

Guessed 350 engine:

Yes for spending $80 to $100 for enough sealer might as well replace it

When I seal a fuel tank I apply the epoxy and then put a vacuum to the tank, this sucks it into the cracks. I apply more as needed. Not too much vacuum tho, just quick bursts to suck it into the cracks.

Do you mean pressurize the tank?

I guess that would depend on where the sealer was applied inside or outside

Wouldn’t pressure work better?

You might want try this.  A friend of mine owned tow trucks several years ago and sealed a gasoline drip from one of his trucks.  He applied it over the small hole while it was still dripping, and it sealed it right away.  He put on several more coats and it never leaked again, at least while he owned it.

I'd give it a try before I spent money and effort.  No downside that I can see.

Don't get it on your fingers.
