Replacing Cab Mounts

Recommended Posts

One thing I am planning to do this winter is to replace the cab mounts on my 1086.  The back ones have the usual rust issues on the long stud that holds everything together.  I will be needing to replace those along with the isomount itself.  Those studs (117766C2) are very pricey....like $85 each.  Is there anything special about them, or can I use grade 8 all threaded rod instead?

I will have to look into that.  I was not aware that the Magnum ones even worked on the older series tractors.

Thats all we sold for 86/50 series
