I really like thar toolbox. My m came with a fleet farm version its nice to toss hitch pins or a few wrenches in it.

I had one on my atv also.

the one on the atv had very uneven bubbly blotchy paint. I sent some pictures to the manufacturer and suggested better a painting process or quality control from my factory painting experience and they sent me a new box.

The box on the h looks useful.  It'd make a nice step to full up the tractor.

Looking up the box I found this.....not bad but 400 + for the set up I might rather struggle yet putting gas in the tractor.

Some flat plate steel and a wire welder you could probably make one as nice or nicer. I made one that way with a tread plate lid and angle iron brackets to put on my 826. Have to take it off to put on my.loader tho.

Not a very good pic but here it is a few years ago. Kinda wish I had made the side a bit taller. I patterned it off one I saw in a farm store or online. Can't recall.

Oh to keep this relevant to the topic....por old H. 😁

Oh crap i didnt look good enough. That is one my grand pa or uncle made. I moved it to the other side after i made mine. Will take a pic tonight if i remember  and start a new topic....

I have plenty of cut off pieces of angle iron and Dimon flat stock under the welding bench. I figured " one of these days I'll make a step or box "

@Alan Dinan made a few toolboxes for a neighbor that were pretty nice.

It was basically a copy of that one. I made the box deeper than the K&M, and the length was shorter too.
I saw an ad on Craigslist for the big one with the step, showed it to the neighbor and he bought it too.
This one I made to fit his Ferguson HC as a step to get on and off the tractor.

The front end is an original IH wide front.

It is not all welded up and looks rather straight.

A little bow in the front tire rod.  Amazing why that happened.

I would like to have it.
