Makes them NOW? No. 40 years ago, sure.

You'll probably need to find an old setup, or roll your own. I can't remember if it's the 310/358 or the 312/360 that the Cummins 12 valve turbo exhaust manifold fits... Know anybody with a CNC waterjet or plasma table? They could cut you up a set of flanges and all you'd need to do is some tubing work.

That's the 312/360 that you can modify a Cummins manifold to fit.

Do you guys know if a 310 is a cross flow head?

If so what side is the exhaust on?

  Thank you guys.

The exhaust is on the right side of the engine. It's a cross flow head.  Check with some of the construction equipment salvage yards. Some of the construction equipment used turboed 310s or 358s.

Is there anyone who makes these?

Would i need to find an m and w set up?

Found a nice 686 I'd like to pull.

 Thanks guys!

You probably need to "girdle" the rear end as the housing is near the end of it's limit with 70-80 horsepower.
