He suggested to my mother one day before leaving for a multi day overnight job that, as she had plenty of time on her hands it wouldn’t hurt her and be good exercise to pick some stone and put it in the truck (my mom doesn’t need exercise). He must have been a true gentleman and really won her over, because when he got back the next day the truck was filled level with the top of the side boards with the biggest rocks mom could lift on down to pebbles, said he had to unload half of it before he dared try to move it, but he dared not object 😂

Duntongw
It won't compete with that pic, but I was coming eastbound on I 40 today in New Mexico, and coming west bound at about 50 mph, was an old worn-out Toyota Mini Van, with a tow bar on the back towing a wrecked car, and it had a tow bar on the back towing another wrecked car, in the middle of a bunch of semis going 75 mph. I hope they were not going very far.

Not me but I wish I had a pic. I hauled an 8" x 20' double wall plastic driveway pipe below my 87 Chevy Silverado short bed tied up to the rears. It helped that I had 35" tires

charlier
That job definitely went to the lowest bidder, nothing but hard hats for safety. Should come in well under budget. What's up with the sudden elevation changes, are they building a roller-coaster?
Duntongw
So, I'm an hour west of Oklahoma City on I 40 today, and low and behold, there's a ram half ton pickup with a ford pickup hooked back-to-back by the hitch just like the earlier picture. That Dodge was hunkered down pretty good.
