The lighting on those pics is excellent and worthy of publishing

You have a great attitude and I hope the recovery continues quickly to be as good as possible, unfortunately our community has had too much of this lately

It has taken me much longer than you but I try and be a better version of myself now consciously more often no coincidence I give all the credit to God and his patience with me

Thank you. Over the years I entered some calender and magazine contests. Last year and this year I finally won. It's fun being able to share my passion even if I don't win.

Additude/mindset is a big thing. For 3 days I dug myself into a dark hole. Playing what if's. " called in sick that day " " didn't need to stop at the gas station to top off the truck" " another sip of coffee"  none of that changes my outcome now so why worry or think like that. I asked to talk to someone well 2 days later 2 ladies come in the room one hides behind the door taking notes the other is asking questions if I'm going to hunt the kid down. When all I wanted to ask or know was how will I be my old me, how will the farm/family stay afloat, ect, so that was discouraging to talk to anyone. It seemed like unless someone experienced a similar situation no one really didn't understand. I found a fourm where I read about traumatic events from others and it helped me so much knowing I'm not alone and it's okay to be mad, sad, worried, but don't let it control you. I wish you the best on what you're going through and know you're not alone with God, good friends and family at your side.

Welcome to the best place on the internet!

Beautiful place you have there. Nice looking M. I'd rather have that than 1/2 a dozen JD B's!

Thanks. Like any place it needs some tlc but hopefully within the next year can start getting that done. Not to color bash but so far no regrets getting rebaptized and going back to red.

Welcome aboard, Tony!! Hope your recovery goes quickly and that you don’t have any lasting pain/side effects from it.
Great pictures and story!!

Thank you. I'll have some limitations and most days I feel like a human barometer but again could be much worse. I enjoyed finding a place I could share my story.

Not to be nosy, but how old is the "M"?  I bought one for my wife a few years ago because it was born the same year she was, 1951.  It's a wide front with power steering.

Not nosy at all. It's a 1951 also. Added Char-lynn power steering. If I can find a wide front cheap enough I might add one.
