Please ignore the 1 x 1 x 2 angle I used for a better presentation. This tool is not marked in any way as to size or function or country. way back and i heard this on andy griffith show they were called Fire Plug. it was a hydrant pictured that barney wrote a parking ticket to Andy but the kids rolled his car ahead. So i googled it and the name came from early days of public water. they would actually dig a hole to water main drill it and use the water to fit fires. Hence the name fire plug. the tool you have looks to fit over the knob of a fire hose fitting the used as a spanner wrench.

Mike I've never seen a full set of those wrenches. They usually come individually with small engines to replace the spark plug. Outboard, lawn mowers, etc.
int 504
Bonney wrenches were sold by Triumph distributor as "factory tools" for Triumph motorcycles in Brit sizes of course and perhaps in US or "Across the Flats" later on.

ray54
The local AC dealer was a cheap bunch had nice tool board but no AC wrenches. They had the cheap end of proto with the Challenger name on them. I do have a 1/2 inch universal socket in 3/8 drive that came from them. Had a place the SK socket and universal extension just did not fit but real universal joint would and I was there.
hillman
I have a lot of parts binders with the fast moving parts in them Theres a Proto catalog in one of them , I asked an older friend who is a dealer about IH wrenches and he said they were very expensive and they didn't sell up here. I have an IH set ( missing 9/16) but no pouch. I would sooner have the Allis set- they are really cool as the other guys stated I would love to find more Allis wrenches

New Englander
I bought these King Dick in Whitworth many decades ago but I believe they're still in business. Very nicely finished tools for obsolete hardware. I have combination wrenches/spanners and sockets as well.
