Today I was lucky to be not so far of Inverell

I could assist at the record attempt of "the largest number of farmall tractor in a parade"

I don't know if the record is australian now, I left before the end

here are some pics! Sorry I can't post all the pics

If you ask for a specific model, just let me know and I will post the pic if I have it :)

Thanks for the pics. Looks like it was a good parade. I am willing to bet that the record will easily be broken this Saturday. We will not be counting though.

The Pioneer Engineers Club of Indiana will be celebrating our 75th anniversary this weekend. We are featuring IH tractors with a special display of Farmall Regulars. Of late, we normally have around 600 tractors and 25 steam engines. Saturday's parade normally lasts 2.5-3 hours. Last year we had 315 green tractors and hopefully IH can top that. If half of them parade, we'll have over the 110. It should be a great show.

It's a great accomplishment to gather together that many tractors no matter where in the world you are. I'm sure that the HCOP will have more than we will but I bet no one there is counting either.

It was nice indeed

I leave before the end, I am sad we could not walk around the parked tractors... I am 17 000km away from home, I am lucky to be close of Inverell (1.5hr of driving) and I only saw the tractors from the fence around the racetrack :(

Perhaps after the parade it was allowed to walk around the tractors?

If you know an IH specialist with rare models in NSW/Queensland, I will be able to organise a trip in a few months! One of my dream during my year in australia will be to drive a boxcar magnum, even for a few minutes in the yard

Ck out Rural Wrecking near Inverell ,,a very large collection of tractors there,  I think you will be pleased.
