What's Your Favorite Vehicle Paint Color?

I had a 1969 Z28 Camaro years ago, called Hugger Orange. My brother had a 73 'Cuda called Lemon Twist. My current car, a 71 Chevelle is called Classic Copper.

Mopar had a lot of bright colors, (still do) and had some funky names. Sublime green, Petty Blue, not sure if they came that way or not.

Plum Crazy, Hemi Orange.

Overhauled a 1970 Boss 302 Mustang that was I believe Grabber Blue.

Add to the list.

I have a 76 Vega that was Hugger Orange at one point. I know you said muscle car but this V8 4sp Vega has shamed more than a few muscle cars.

A good friend has a 73 AMC Javelin Pierre Cardin edition in Wild Plum.

My favourite muscle car colour is Chrysler's Sublime green.  If I had my pick of any muscle car it would be a 70 Super Bee in Sublime.  Second favourite colour would be orange, goes good on a Cuda with the body colour bumpers, first gen and early second gen Camaro, early second gen Firebirds and Dart Swingers.  That taste is only from my dreams and youth.  My classic car experience is mostly with big old boats and trucks, and most of them have been brown.  I paint my derby and race cars lime green with orange numbers, and paint my engines/transmissions and shop equipment green and orange.  I have thought about painting some of my road vehicles green and/or orange, maybe with satin black accents like a muscle car too, but have always decided that it was too loud of a colour for the road.  Metallic brown is pretty cool to me, and I think a 70 Super Bee, 70 Monte Carlo and more would look good in brown too, the epitome of a metallic brown muscle car could be a 71 Road Runner or 76 Sport Fury with aluminum slot wheels. fat tires and the rear end jacked right up

Red white and blue of course. Always liked yellow with black stripes on camaros. Do like the golds and browns on muscle cars for a classic look.                                                                                        Son was at Beech Bend Raceway last night and Don Garlets signed his dashboard. Bruce Larson signed a door panel. Said Garlets was nice but very hard of hearing. Talked to Bruce for a while and his mechanic was a Buick guy.

I had a Corvette 427 HP in 66,  Rally  Red perfect way to bring attention to your go-fast machine!.

Our old K2500 Suburban  is almost the same color today, so it can be seen by all the non-drivers on the streets around Dallas Texas.

The color I would never have again is White, our White Nissan Versa appears to be invisible to fellow drivers!

Our current hot rod is Petty blue, has been refereed to as blue tee-shirt color.

Saw a Z28 that color, it was quite early I believe. I don’t follow them enough to know the subtleties, but it looked mean.

My 56 chevy pickup is currently 78 Ford Medium Vacquero Poly (copper/rust color). But underneath is the original Omaha Orange that I hope to put back on it. Don't have a good pic handy but these give an idea of the original and current colors.
