 Very interesting video.

In mid sixties we helped Neighboring Dairy thresh oats. I don't remember any steam or horses, probably used their W-6 on thresher as that tractor was their largest power. I think I helped feed thresher...

Yes. Steam engines, threshing machines, sprayers, snowblowers, wagons, running gear, cultivators, etc.

Great video, they are only 3 hrs south of me, wonder if the crop is planted with that era technology?

Only way to make good horses is use them a lot. You cannot wait for a day when there is nothing else going on. So I guess they work them year around, as the main narrator put it you have to like doing it.

Thank you for sharing this. Watching the teams and the old equipment makes me smile. The rebuilding of the equipment was neat.  I hope the next generations keep it going.
