dale560
My oldest son is very gifted kid. He has a work ethic second to none on stuff that interests him. He loves academics and sports. Today his high school academic team won the regional contest and will proceed to state. He participated last year as a sophomore, this year he and another girl both juniors rounded out the team of seniors. Connor actually had the right answer that his team decided was not correct and the judge told the team when they answered that they should have listened to Connor. Here is a picture of team these kids are all very talented plus excel in other areas. Got to love a small town education that ranks up with the very best. Connor is tall kid in the middle

Sledgehammer
Proud for good reason! My wife is a teacher and sponsors this type of team where she teaches. It builds the teachers up also when the kids do a good job.

oleman
I was a proud Dad when my Son first learned to tie his shoes and pedal his red tractor and when my Daughter got her first part on stage as a sheep in the school Christmas play.
