Only RED in the shed
Is this a factory or aftermarket door handle? It was sort of welded to door frame.
Reichow7120
Looks like it to me
Super A_sepa
That's factory. It would have bolted on at both ends but seems like a share of them pulled the plate off the top. I couldn't see a bolt on the upper end in the picture so I would guess it broke before and was welded back once.

Only RED in the shed
Thanks,I will have to repair door frame a little.it looks like it's been farmer welded a few times and not much left to weld to.No offense on the farmer weld thing intended but you know what I mean
Drysleeves
The handle is OEM but the fabrication to the door frame is not.
Only RED in the shed
The bottom mount is loose too, only door panel is holding it on now.I was not sure if handle was factory because It wasn't attached very well.
Drysleeves
The bottom bolt is through the plastic and into a steel threaded boss if memory serves. I had to Loctite the door catch bolts on a 7110 AWD many moons ago which required removal of the plastic cover. Inside was the same door frame from the 86/50 Series with the necessary modifications to accommodate the new rear hinge arrangement. I installed a Western Interior lower door pocket in the frame and took some pics for posterity because it fit perfectly. More evidence of lies from the Four Letter Company. Reichow7120
Maybe its gotten better but treat that plastic door cover like it made of gold. 2 years ago this coming summer we bought a 7230. The cab needed freshining up. Had no trouble getting what foam i needed but that door cover was a real PITA to get. Nobody Had one on stock and they were back ordered everywhere (probably one suplied for everyone) it took months to get one. Maybe it was a issue then because of supply chain screw ups but its something you might want to keep in mind.
