A nut had come off the shifter and it wasn't letting the lever over into the correct position. Took the cowl off and got it fixed. Cheap fix!

MT Matt
Swapped out a flat tire on the H. 98 today. 🥵 looks like the valve core gave up. Mowed 15 acres tonight with the H and 479 haybine. Baled oat hay earlier with the Super MTA after raking another section. Chased some deer out of the alfalfa next to the house. They will be back all night long. At least they can wait until after dark!
stronger800
It’s best to keep dad busy in a 1066. Give him 4wd and a “good” cab…and he can get a little adventurous with the brush hog

IHandJDman
My wife is using my Dads truck this weekend camping. Came to my Dads house to see him using the 1086 as a truck. He even went down the road 2 miles to get the mulch. 8

DT Fan
Friday, got the 756 out and did a little mowing before taking the mower off and installing the bale spear. Moved 21 bales for the neighbor from my place to his just down the road. Downside to this is it is now leaking oil from the steering. Hand-pump maybe? Going to get it out after while and have a closer look. Bounced around enough to aggravate the rust in the fuel tank, plugged the neck of the sediment bowl. Luckily, right be the garage when it died.
DT Fan
Threw a new set of plugs in the 7 today, it seems to like them. Old ones weren't that bad but were the ones that came in the engine. Seemed like they were leaking just a touch. Cleaned the seat area up, time will tell if that helps. Integrated the sheds some more today, 756 and 185 changed places. Will probably stay that way until I get the hand-pump fixed on the 7. 185 will pick up a little work filling in, that's ok, I enjoy running it too.

DT Fan
Put the H on a diet! Managed to remove 10-12 lbs. Have an idea for another 5-6. Then jumped on the 185 to move the last 4 bales since the 756 is resting. Really miss the road speed of the 7. 185 does pretty good for an Alley Cat but not near as quick as the 7.
sandhiller
Finished baling the home meadow, getting ready to move North. The heat is hard on my old equipment. It gets too hot to touch just sitting there. Coolness coming in on Saturday 🤞🤞🤞

acem
Nobody still uses traveling guns round here. Furrow, flood (mostly rice) or pivots on crops. Some use drip for vineyards and orchards. Weve been making hay. Cutting with the 1086 on the 8309 but occasionally the 826 on the nh451. 826 raking with the IH 96. Baling with the 886 and gehl 1450. Moving with the 826. The ac is working on the 826 so it bales!
