Rusty_Farmer
It's tractor day for our FFA chapter. Had to move several to get to the one the grandson wanted to take for Friday festivity. All went well till we got to the designated driver. Had not run it in a year, so a little low on oil and fuel tank looking for some liquid and battery had only one crank left. Grandson went for the charger and I got the oil. As he was pumping fuel ,I asked if washing was next? No, it looks cool this way was the reply. Good kid!
MT Matt
Finished planting my last farm yesterday. Planted oats and orchard grass with the Super MTA. Rolled the fields with the A. Ended the day mowing the lawn with the Cub and a Woods belly mower. Sorry, it was just about dark so no pic.

Did the little patch I'm going to plant 14" rows with the All-Crop drill with the 475. Looks like it should plant real nice. Then changed to the 490 and did a 14 acre field just to see how that will compare to the no-till ones. Conditions were near perfect when I started. Got about 1/4 done and it started spitting rain, kept going.By the time I finished it was getting a little slimy! Still dust coming up and worked good but don't think I could have run another 20 minutes. Later got the cyclo mounted, hopefully get some new parts on it today. Any pictures of that drill? IKS
Planted a couple of acres of hay with a broadcast unit bolted to the drawbar. Alfalfa and Brohm. When I start my spring job I will roll it good with a green tractor.

Finished changing parts on the cyclo, though if I could count, one more row would have gotten done... Went and got seed, put 10 bags in each hopper, headed to the field. Get going and rows 5 and 11 say their not planting. Everything was fine up in the yard. Did find a broken wire on 11, guessing a bad connection on 5 as just twisting them got it going. Decided to go to work tonight. If it's dry tomorrow should be a good day, everything's ready. If wet, going to get s few more parts...

Missouri Mule
It's so dry here it wasnt a great year to hook up to it, but then again since its dry I had a little time to kill instead of waiting on the ground to dry out like normal I've planted 2/3 of my crop. I am going to plant this later. Got to have some fun with the German.

Mr. Brookville
Loaded a small manure spreader with pig poo from grand daughters 4-H fair pigs with 5140. Spread with 350 utility in pasture field to hopefully Kickstart some frost seeded grass and clover. Feed round bales with same 5140 maxxum. We were dry but hot 2 1/2" of rain in May so far. Back to mud. Loving the 4x4 maxxum for feeding round bales. Cruised around pasture looking for newborns in the maxxum while I was there. Pounded a few posts in with 884 and shaver pounder yesterday. Replaced a few really old ones.
MacAR
I finally got my little cotton patch planted yesterday. It's only six rows about 50 yards long, but it's enough to keep Mrs Mac's spinning wheel fed over winter and sore my back and fingers picking it. Don't mind the grass in the middle, had to plant it in the orchard and so there's three rows of cotton, one row of apples, and three more rows of cotton. The 340 does a great job with the Allis planter, but would like to find a one row IH planter one day so I could use the same plates I have for my two row 186 planter. For now though, it'll get the job done. Mac

My oldest son Isaac worked up the smaller garden with his 48 Farmall Cub and the three point cultivator, while my 9 year old son Owen worked up the bigger garden with his Farm all H and the spring tooth harrow .
