Then we moved the 1486, 856 w' sprayer, 1206, MTA, 140 and 129 cub cadet out of the shed.  Hooked up the planter on the 1206 and drove 'em all back in. Did not stop for pictures!

I’m trying to get the overhaul completed and engine running before we get busy with spring field work!

Looks like it’s coming along.   Amazing how long it takes to do it on a part time basis.   I would send that guy you got it from out of Canada the receipts and show him what it took to make a “running” tractor run just for the heck of it.

The 884 got to unwind some field tile.

Got one of dad’s fields ready for oats.  He enjoyed putting them in with his Super M and IH 10.

Do you have more photos of your 884?

DT oil cooler. Looks like 1256 brakes. If the wheel weights are original it might be an early production 12 as the first ones had white wheel weights in the literature.

I’m drawing a blank at the moment, on the serial number, but I believe it’s a 67 model?!

It’s finally coming along, another reason I hope to get it running before field work, cause right now we aren’t hauling much, and it’s to wet and cold to start on much for getting equipment ready.  So have had a few full days to work on it! Just keep finding things that need attention, or replaced! Here’s after today!7381A87B-9557-4206-AB2D-82462243CD1E.thumb.jpeg.0ae38a2a6804bc033a731ff34322c3f1.jpeg

Sending him receipts has crossed my mind, but I’m not going to come down to his level! I don’t have an account on facebook, but I used my wife’s account to browse, on an IH page he got completely shredded by 70-80 people or more!! That put a smile on my face!

Fertilized, disked, and harrowed the feed corn patch on Monday.

Planted it yesterday, now waiting on the rain to get it out of the ground. Hopefully it'll do better than it did last year.

Been a hectic week getting things ready for spring here. Got the 8950 from Bitty set up for my cart, going to try pushing and packing trench a little with the 7220 and I have been working on a friend's 8920 and got that buttoned up yesterday as well.  We'll start chopping rye today.

I'm drawing a blank on rotating the picture.

Went to the 464 D179 and was going to change out the fuel filter but could not get  the filter off, I swapped the filter to a truck spin-on replacing the bosch,  started and ran fine after sitting since last fall in the Texas winter outside but tarped.

Did you know they shut themselves off when the angle gets too steep?

Did you stop for new underwear first?
