1066 Draft Control

The 3 point on our tractor was worn out. I replaced the hitch. During disassembly I found the right lower arm pin had been drilled. Removed the torsion bar bracket off to get access. A little stub was left in the crank arm. I used a welding rod to heat it and shrink it, then stuck a bolt to it and removed it. After reassembly the hitch only moved in the upper third of the stroke. The draft control lever had an excessive amount of tension to move back and would drift forward by itself. I had center punched marks in the bracket and torsion bar. After puzzling this for a few days I removed the top link bracket. I found at some point the draft control lever from the rocker shaft popped out of position allowing it to seam like it was in full draft control. First picture the lever with the arrow was under the lower lever like the black line drawn in it. Hope this will help someone else in the future.
