Another one rolling down the road

I don’t think it’s one of Mike’s. He usually leaves his secret (semi-secret?) tell-tale mark on his restores, and I’m not seeing it on this one.  🤫 Lol…

I sure wouldn’t be getting that thing hauled on an open trailer on those northern roads in the Winter if there’s a high risk of salt being on the roads.

Oh the roads are a slimy mess. This window was clean 180 miles ago.

I don't think i've ever seen those style weights. I wonder if it came from Mike's,it looks restored.

The rear weights are red painted split weights. Front ones must be aftermarket. This was at the opposite end of the state from Mike.

salt for the roads wasnt doing enough damage to vehicles. so the dot decided to go with a brine that has calcium chloride in it then spray it on roads

Had a guy that used to work for a dealership tell me one time, anything moved on the roads in winter time wash with hot soapy water top to bottom. He would even wash the tires to keep the salt from running down onto the rims. Apparently he saw new balers come in one year in December from the factory by the time they got around to setting them up in spring the paint was flaking and rusting away.

Roads are pretty sloppy around here now, would hate to haul something that nice in these conditions. Really don't even like to get the hauling rig out on the road till they clean up.

I agree. I know I have bought a few things that I’ve waited a couple months to ok it being delivered to avoid the crap on the roads.

If it’s snowed they are a mess and if it’s sunny but snow might be coming they’re spraying the roads.
And if it hasn’t snowed in a while and they are bored they go spray the roads
