One of two things would happen if I did that. Either I would have a very unhappy wife for having to store that much beer or I would have a convoy of pickups following me home offering to help unload it.

Yes one becomes very popular on a positive and a negative note .... those where all 30 packs if memory serves me correct.  There isn't enough Advil made to fight the hangover one could have the next day if a fella was thirsty enough !!

Lol.... well he wasn't around that day and I've never known him to ever have a sip , ever ..... now water he puts lots of that away ..... and me on the other hand , there was a time .....

 Believe me or not, I never have felt the urge to/want/need to drink…

 HP knows me well! I love to drink water! Gatineau well water is the best! I take it everywhere I go! LOL

 In my younger days I was always the designated driver… I’ve seen lots of friends get pretty smashed! I’m still the designated driver when needed!  LOL

My brother knew a big family farm that loved their beer.  They put in a walk-in cooler and started buying beer by the tandem axle truck load.  They figured it saved them enough on beer to buy another farm every year.

“Used” to have a couple of neighbors that drank like that. They were cousins. The one would bring beer out by the pallet load they said. Was into hard stuff too. The other cousin was mostly just into beer but made trips to town for it everyday. Neither one of them is with us now.  One was about 50 and the other about 60.

Drinking and posting is no problem... It's the morning after that I should stay off of the internet! To quote John Wayne, "Don't push me, Beaurocrat, I've got a touch of a hangover"  And, "Don't say it's a beautiful day, or I'll shoot ya!" ....  haha!

I had to quit buying it as it is to good.

Well I had a good dinner of meatballs and corn washing it down with moonshine and Mountain Dew. Meatballs and corn both had franks hot sauce.
I was at a friends daughters graduation party last night and heard a story that I didn’t find too hard to believe but hadn’t heard before. Back in the day (80s?) when there was still a bar in each town north and south of me, the beer truck would actually make deliveries to 2 dairy farms in between those bars!  The one family I knew quite well in the 90s-today and knew they had a “beer fridge” in the barn but to be a regular beer truck stop put a new perspective on it.

Everyone out here has a "beer fridge" in the shop, barn or calving barn but don't know of any that are on the delivery route🥴😄

25 years ago I know the local IH dealer kept a keg in the break room. It generally wasn’t touched until 5. Last I heard the insurance company got ahold of them and they had to go to cases. They sold out last year so I’m sure even that is gone now but back when they had the keg it wasn’t delivered.

At least I'm not one of those people who call you drunk after midnight. That gets old quick.

When I was between wives i had a woman who would sometimes come over unannounced, drunk, after midnight. That usually worked out pretty good except that time she came over and I wasn't alone!!!
